The mission of Nahna maak is to support people in need in Lebanon

The NGO Nahna Maak was initially founded with a heartfelt mission to support orphans in their educational journey. Recognizing the critical role education plays in shaping a child’s future.

After the explosion at the Beirut Port on August 4, 2020, many Lebanese citizens lost their homes, and countless others were left in critical situations. Therefore, we realized that our assistance needed to go beyond financial aid and focus on addressing food needs. As a result, we adopted a new mission: to provide as many families as possible with food rations.

Empowering the future

The initial mission of Nahna maak was to support orphans in their education journey. To date we have helped over 500 Lebanese Children access public education

Supporting Lebanon’s Displaced

Since September 23rd 2024, there have been 1.2 million displaced people due to the conflict in a country of 5 million inhabitants. During our visits to refugee centers, we have observed families, most of whom are women and children living in Dramatic situations. Therefore, we have continued with our food distribution program.

Established partnerships with local organizations to expand the reach and impact of humanitarian efforts.

Feeding hope

Following the Beirut Port explosion on August 4, 2020, countless Lebanese citizens were left homeless, and many families faced dire circumstances. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, we understood that we needed to address the critical need for food. In response to these challenging times, we provided food rations to 250 families.
